“Thanks!” to Sally Steranko

This shy artist has done exceptional work for years to help people to see the benefit of joining together – posters, sketches at events. These photos show us receiving an unexpected box from her, opening it, and finding a painting of the display that was put in two school rooms.

The center and right are from a poster created by the Freedom Museum in the Netherlands. Sally grayed the hair of the lady on the right to show that many generations are joining in our effort to connect people across places, ages, heritages.
On left is Kendra Fox, a Girl Scout who rang the first bell for Rosies. in the center and on the right. She was seven when she rang the first bell, and she’s 14 now.
We have no photo of Sally – but don’t forget her name. She’s special.
